Where do we deliver?
The shop is reserved for professionals. We accept delivery and billing addresses in the following 25 countries: Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Denmark, Spain, Estonia, Finland, France, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Switzerland and Czechia.
In France, the national rate table applies to shipments within mainland France. Overseas territories are not served by this offer. Pickup point availability depends on the destination address.
Dispatched within 48 hours
For standard orders, subject to available stock: Your order is dispatched within 48 hours after full payment has been confirmed and the information needed for preparation has been validated. This period refers to handover to the carrier. It is not a guaranteed delivery time: transit then depends on the destination and the Chronopost service.
Made-to-order production
From 500 units of the same product, the order enters made-to-order production and the label language can be selected. This option remains available even without stock; below 500 units, orders are limited to available stock. Allow one month before delivery. When an order combines standard products and made-to-order production, all products are shipped together after production.
Chronopost delivery to a pickup point
Shipments are handled by Chronopost: 2Shop Direct National for France and 2Shop Europe for the other countries served. Delivery is made to a pickup point eligible for the service.
How are delivery costs calculated?
Prices are stated in euros excluding tax. They depend on the country and the shipped weight, including products and packaging. Each parcel is charged at the weight band equal to or immediately above its weight. The calculator and table show the house’s delivery prices.
The maximum weight is 20 kg per parcel. Above this, the shipment is divided into several parcels of no more than 20 kg, each charged separately. The calculator allocates the weight into parcels of 20 kg, followed by a final parcel for the remaining weight. The amount based on the actual packaging will be specified before your order is confirmed.
Applicable VAT is shown separately from delivery costs excluding tax. For destinations subject to customs formalities, the terms and any additional charges are specified in the applicable offer before the order is placed.
Returns and claims
Returns for convenience or changes of mind are not accepted between professionals. If a product is defective, the delivery is incorrect or there is another non-conformity, contact contact@maitrevapotier.com with your order reference and the information needed to assess your request.
Any authorised return is subject to prior instructions. This policy does not restrict applicable mandatory rights or legal remedies for defects or hidden defects. The general terms and conditions of sale set out the contractual framework.
